...Summer fun..chaos.

..If anyone follows and reads my blogs faithfully...I would like to appologize for the delay..I swore I would keep up with this blog, but then school started in May and I just got caught up in life, yada yada yada..but I think I am actually going to get back on track, no promises though! ;)

So...a lot has happened over the summer...well just a lot of birthday's...we all have summer birthdays...JJ, Taylor, Piper, and I...plus both my sister's and I share the same birthday with my grandma...so you can imagine how many parties and celebrations we have been doing all summer! whoafta! It was just Piper's birthday on Monday..baby girl turned 2! *tear.*
We also just had our big county fair that we excitedly went to every freaking day of the week...uck. I don't know what's worse..bloody painful blisters from walking around the fair all day and night in the wrong shoes or running into people you don't want to see for various reasons! LOL. The joys of this small dramatic trash talking town...well I have to admit, I do like this town for the community, activies, school, and all that..but some of the people! grrrrrrr.

ANYWAYS..it's 2am and I am still awake..just rambling because I have consumed one too many Red Bull's today...I am soooo addicted to those damn things but they are horrible for my insomnia...I mean seriously, by the time I get to bed my kids will be waking up, screaming in my ear, jumping on my bed, and begging for breakfast...ughhhhh, I am soooo looking forward to it...or not.

Alright, so I'm gonna put an overload of photos up..between birthdays and the fair and everything in between!

So...I am really tired and am heading to bed...there are way more pix but it's not letting me upload so I'll have to figure out how to put the rest up here after I get some shut eye. gnite.

Five Question Friday!

..I am totally lacking on here! Yikes!
I guess that's what happens when you start school full time, which is killing me! JJ has noticed and mentioned I've been popping open one too many wine bottles lately, a glass a night to relieve some stress is normal, right?! :P

Alright, the kiddos are nagging on me to get my butt off the computer chair and to head out to the library..here are the questions for this week! Enjoy.

1. Did you have a favorite blanket or toy as a kid? If so, do you still have it? I had my baby blanket UNTIL I moved out of my moms house right after I graduated high school, somehow it either got mis placed or thrown out in the trash...I am still sooooo devastated. I'd still sleep with the darn thing if I had it..yeah, I'm pretty sure JJ would be a little turned off by that...LMAO!


2. Do you dream in color? Yes, I'm sure I do.


3. How tall are you? Do you wish you were shorter or taller? 5'4". I am perfectly fine with my height, just wish it was better portioned with my weight..uck, we're working on that tho!


4. If you could have anyone's (celeb or other) voice as the guide on your GPS, who would it be? Hmmmm, interesting! Do I want a sexy low male voice, or a cute peppy girly one to get me to my destination?! hhmmm! Gerard Butler's voice would just hit me with Awwwwwwwwwww! That accent, Mmmmm...yeah, I want him on my TomTom! ;)


5. Do you return your shopping cart to the corral or leave it wherever in the parking lot? ALWAYS. It's just common courteousy and sense to return it quick. Seriously, I get soooo peeved when people are lazy slobs and just leave the cart out in the open, next to cars...take the extra 10 steps and return it! Grrrrrrrrrr.

Five Question Friday!

Happy Friday everyone! Alright, I gotta make this as quick as possible...I'm suppose to be getting ready to head out of town but to be honest, I haven't even gotten in the shower yet! :/ Yikes, the man isn't gonna be too happy with me when he gets home from work in 15 minutes!!!

Here are the questions:

1. Do you collect anything? LMAO...ahhhhh, yeah. I have been told I am a hoarder and a pack rat. I collect EVERYTHING, seriously. I hold onto things that have absolutely no value, like my homework from highschool. I still have my prenatal vitamins from 2003, I save all my daughter's band aids...I have TONS of plastic bins around our house and in garage just full of all my crap! My house is very clean and tidy, one would not know I'm a hoarder until they saw all my bins and went through them! :P


2. Name 3 celebrities that you find good looking. It changes often but the one guy who will always have my heart is...Gerard Butler....OMG, YUM!!!!!!
Matthew McCaunghey is also pretty hot, which is kinda odd because I'm usually not attracted to blondes, I like my men tall, dark, and strong.
And a 3rd man...hhhmmm, I'll say Channing Tatum, I mean he's totally that perfect model type...I usually like rugged men but I'm feeling him at the moment, well not literally of course..ha, I'd be a little more enthused then that..but that's what came to mind! :P


3. Do you have any scars? If so, what's the story behind it (them?)? I do, but nothing exciting...my one main scar is in my eyebrow, I was a year old, learning how to walk and fell into something sharp and got jabbed and needed stitches. It's not too noticeable, only when they stylist doesn't know how to wax my eyebrows properly, then the scar shows. And then I have one on my wrist, when I was about 10 years old, we were camping, roasting marshmallow's, my mellow caught on fire so I was waving it to put the fire out and the marshmallows flew off and stuck to my wrist...OUCH! It was sooooo disgusting and painful.



4. What is a food that you like to eat, but others might think it's gross or weird? Apparently I have no taste buds because I eat the oddest things, says JJ. Ummm, I can't even think of anything at the moment..let me think..I like nacho cheese doritos dipped into sour cream and salsa...FATTENING!! That's all I can think about at the moment.


5. Have you ever seen a tornado in real life? Nope, living in tornado valley pretty much we have been getting a lot of bad weather but I've never seen an actual tornado, I've seen the after math of one numerous times in person, we just had a tornado touch down in our town about 3 weeks ago, had a lot of damage but nobody was injured...thank God.

Five Question Friday!

Hey there! Happy Friday y'all! I hope you guys have wonderful plans for this weekend! I sooooo love the 4th of July, it makes me sooooo excited..the festivities!
Anyways, I gotta make this really super quick, we're heading out camping here shortly, so I had to sneak on here and do this before I left, duhhhhhhh! ;)


Questions:

1. What is one thing you miss the most about childhood? Ummmm...just one thing?! Hmmm..toughie. I really miss the freedom I had, to stay outside and play until my mom called me in because it was getting dark. I miss it that the hardest decision could always be figured out with "eenie meenie miny moe." I had to grow up wayyy too fast, having a baby sister at 10 years old and having to help raise her, then becoming a mom at 17 years old. It was tough.


2. Are you still friends with your friends from high school? I've lost friends but gained new ones. I'm really at a different stage in life then most of my friends I had from highschool..they just weren't ready to settle down, I was.


3. Is there a catch phrase, cliche, or word that just drives you bonkers every time you hear it? There's soooo many weird sayings and words..but I don't have time to think about a lot of them!
I hate when people say..."let's go right meow." Just say now! dammmmit!
Another phrase that REALLY REALLY bothers me is when people say "FML"...(f$%k my life) I mean..seriously...is your life really that bad?!



4. What is one thing that you think symbolizes America...besides "Old Glory"? Hmmm..the first thing that comes to mind is the Bald Eagle..our National bird.


5. What are your 4th of July weekend plans?
We're heading out to go camping here shortly! I am really excited to get out and spend the weekend with the family BUT I have a feeling it's going to be a bit chaotic and not very relaxing, more so with Piper. She likes her comfort, she has a routine and schedule, especially with bed time...this whole weekend is just going to throw her off and I have a feeling she's going to be really crabby and naughty!
OR..I can think more optimistic and she will have sooooooo much fun that she'll crash out around 8pm without me having to comfort her! *wishful thinking*

Do you believe that?! I'm not sure I do. I hate to be copied, ABSOLUTELY hate it!
It's my biggest pet peeve and annoyance! Stupid, I know...but we all have our issues and problems with the world.

I've felt like this since I was little. I mean I remember my mom friends copying her whether it was buying the clothes my mom had or decorating or painting the same wall color as my moms..I got sooo annoyed and frustrated with my moms friends and I would actually ask my mom if it bothered her, because if it didn't I wanted to stand up for her and tell her friends to STOP! It made me soooo upset. I always looked up to my mom, she is unique, I liked the way she did things different from all the other moms...my mom was cool, she was a very young mom. And I hated how someone tried to be like her. Weird, yeah I know..like really weird! LOL.

ANYWAYS, so that annoyance has stuck around and has really developed. Ughhhhh, I wish I didn't have this "problem." I wish that I could take it as a compliment when someone admires something I have or do and wants to do it too but I can't! It drives me crazy, I like to be different. I strive to be different, I try very hard at it. I like my creativity and how I'm able to put things together and think things up that a lot of people can't. And then..when they do the same thing I just did...UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. I get sooooo peeved, I try to control myself and not blurt out how pissed off I am that they would follow me and do the same thing but it's hard to contain. I guess it'd be different if they gave me credit for MY ideas but it's almost like they try to keep it secretive in hopes that I'll never find out.

I know most of you reading are like "Are you serious?" LOL...but yes, this whole imitating thing is really getting to me, to the point where I don't even want to discuss my life with others because I don't want them snatching my ideas.
I've really made some of my friends upset because I've kind of told them off and questioned why they need to copy but am I wrong for doing that?!
I mean, seriously...does everyone copy everyone? Is it normal?! Am I just messed up and have this huge problem that I need help for?! hahaha...I mean I can make a big list of friends and things they have really copied me in, like things that are wayyy too obvious.

Okay, another thing I want to get across to my readers...I know I am nothing special, not everyone wants my ideas, and yes sometimes I copy too, but petty things but this is something that's been bothering me and this is MY online journal and I am going to write and vent what I want, like I say..if you don't agree with my opinionated self and don't care to hear about me whining..then get the F off my blog! Seriously. Thanks.

I don't mean to offend anyone, really I don't, I hate to sound so harsh as I have in this post but seriously people...lay off of me and my ideas when it comes to buying the same furniture I have, buying the same make, model, and color of vehicle I have, don't be a Rag doll for Halloween the year after I did, don't take my baby names, don't do your daughter's room with the same decor I did for my daughter, I don't want to see that you just got the same EXACT tattoo I have....I mean, really?! Seriously?! How low do you have to go?! Does it make you feel better?! Sorry, enough with this...I really just needed to vent, please don't judge me in thinking I am this horrible bitch of a person who thinks everyone wants to be like me...because I know it's wayyyy totally far from that...but please just think before you go and take some one's ideas. Be yourself. Imitation is weak. Confidence and uniqueness is beautiful.

I love you all, really I do. I just have this obnoxious annoyance. Please forgive me.

..I'm a little late on this but Taylor started tee ball 2 weeks ago!
What a riot that was...watching 5 and 6 year olds trying to hit, run, and catch a ball is just HILARIOUS! Oh my goodness! I could not contain myself from laughter!
Piper just watched me like I was a loon! hahaha.

Tay can hit that ball like a pro..I mean once the ball hits the bat..it's LOUD! She's got a good arm, she throws sooooo well too! All the practicing with daddy!
However, the girl can NOT catch, nor does she want to run and chase/catch the ball..like she's afraid of it or something! LOL.

Five Question Friday!

Ahhhhh. Thank goodness for the weekend! I have been going crazy this past week, more so with Taylor...I feel sooo bad for saying it but that girl is too much for me to handle sometimes, I know she's only 5, well almost 6 BUT I swear she's got ADHD. Like seriously, my mom says it's just a phase she's in at the moment...but I beg to differ. I just need to get her out of the house more! ha.
JJ just laughs at me and rolls his eyes..then makes a comment about me wanting another one! Well, yes I do! I just don't feel complete with two...ANYWAYS enough with that, now onto the questions! :P

1. Do you know how to play a musical instrument? The piano, that's it. And not too well either. Just a couple songs.


2. What is your pet peeve while driving? Ughhhhhh. I hate people that don't signal, it's almost always because they're on their cell. I hate when people don't merge over to the left lane when I'm trying to get onto the freeway. I absolutely hate slow drivers, like 15 mph in a 30mph zone is unessasry, get off the road! I get extremely annoyed with people's driving. Road rage?! YES, MAJOR!


3. Would you rather have a housekeeper or unlimited spa services? Oh, toughie!! Seriously...IDK! I would be sooooo grateful for a housekeeper but I guess I would chose to have unlimited spa services, it would be pretty nice!


4. Is there a song that you hear that will take you back to the moment, like a junior high or high school dance? There's sooooo many songs I hear that bring back memories at a certain time of my life when I was dating someone else or a school dance, or crusing the strips every weekend, me and JJ's first song together, I have songs dedicated to my girls, there's just soooo many songs out there and soooo many memories to match them with!
